Terms and Conditions of Your Tenancy
Welcome to your tenancy with us. While residing in the property, it is your responsibility to take care of tasks such as cleaning, tidying up, and sorting waste. Upon departure, the property must be left in the same condition as when taken over—cleaned and tidy—ready for the next tenant.
If these obligations are not met during or after the tenancy, we reserve the right to charge the following fees:
Cleaning
The property is inspected regularly. If cleaning standards are deemed insufficient, we will contact the tenant’s company with photo documentation. If the condition is not subsequently corrected, a cleaning fee will be charged.
Cleaning is charged per hour at DKK 350, billed according to time spent.
Waste Sorting
Waste must be sorted at the property. Failure to comply will result in a charge for clean-up.

Outdoor Areas
Cigarette butts and waste must be disposed of in the designated containers/bins. Failure to comply will result in a charge for clean-up.
Cleaning of outdoor areas is charged per hour at DKK 350, billed according to time spent.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Failure to comply will result in a charge for improper maintenance of the property.
Smoking inside the property is charged DKK 1,000.
Key Box
It is not permitted to remove the fixed key from the key box, including upon departure. If the key is removed, a fee will be charged.
Removal of the key from the key box is charged DKK 2,000.
Heating
The landlord reserves the right to regulate the rent in relation to the tenant’s heating consumption. If the indoor temperature exceeds 23°C, an additional charge for heating consumption will be applied for the relevant months.
